@lifee.with.lindss: Tonight for dinner I made a creamy chicken & noodles from a $2 Walmart rotisserie chicken! 🍜 RECIPE ✍🏼 *I’m sorry y’all I do not measure, so these are all estimates!* Ingredients: •Carrots (I used about 6 baby carrots) •Celery (I used 2 stalks) •Onion (I used about 1/4 of an onion) •Flour (1-2 tbsp) •Butter (2 tbsp) •Chicken broth (whole container) •Heavy cream (1/2-1 cup) •Rotisserie chicken (I only used the breast meat) •About 1/2 a pack of egg noodles •Seasonings of your choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Tony’s, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning) Directions: 1. Chop veggies and sauté in butter with seasonings until soft. 2. Add flour, mix, and cook for 1-3 minutes. 3. Add chicken broth a little at a time while constantly stirring. 4. Bring to a boil then add noodles. 5. Chop chicken. 6. Once noodles are fully cooked, add in heavy cream and your chopped chicken. 7. Simmer until heated throughly. 8.
