Hiii Beautiful People! Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu. Good evening. How are you doing today? I'm a sucker for stirfrys, especially Asian stirfrys. Everytime I go to a restaurant, I almost always order Chinese sai dai idan baby. So Here's this chicken in black pepper sauce that tastes right out of a restaurant. Qalb said na mana Abincin sizzling grills. Haha. To marinate the chicken I used salt, garlic powder, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste, 1 egg white and cornstarch. For the sauce, I added 1tbsp each of light soy sauce and Ajino moto (MSG). Also used a tbsp of freshly ground black pepper (please use freshly ground, tastes better). Dassol.
