@sophia.beautyy0: If I could go back to 55, I would start these 7 things immediately. 🤍 I’m 64 now, and honestly, I wish I had taken some of these more seriously sooner. Not because I wanted to look 30. I just wish I had realized earlier how much the boring everyday stuff adds up. 1. I’d start lifting weights. 🏋️♀️ Getting stronger matters so much more to me now than chasing a smaller number on the scale. 2. I’d eat more protein. 🍳 Especially at breakfast. I stopped relying on coffee and a tiny breakfast to get me through the day. 3. I’d protect my skin every single morning. ☀️ SPF would have been non-negotiable much earlier. 4. I’d take sleep seriously. 😴 I used to think I could function perfectly on 5–6 hours. I was wrong. 😂 5. I’d walk every day. 🚶♀️ It doesn’t have to be some crazy workout. Just move your body consistently. 6.5. I started taking NAD+ every morning. 🤍 As I got older, I started paying more attention to NAD+ and made it part of my morning routine. 7. I’d stop putting myself last. 🤍 This might be the biggest one. Taking care of yourself isn’t something you have to earn. You don’t need to completely reinvent your life at 55. Start with a few things you can actually stick with. Because those little habits you repeat for years? They really do add up. ✨ Send this to a woman who just turned 40 and needs to hear this. 🤍 Want my full routine? Comment “FACE” and I’ll send you The Ageless Ritual. 💌
