I agree completely. I'm also a DA, and I relate, especially to one of the points you mentioned. When my ex was breaking up with me through a call, I was holding the phone with one hand and with the other I was: deleting the videogame we played together, throwing away printed pictures, grabbing whatever gifts she gave me and stashing them in a box in the attic, etc. Just deleting her off my life as the call happened 🤷♀️

I'm not sure if hes DA or avoidant leaning FA, during our relationship he was jelaous and insecure,but after the discard he was very cold and indifferent. I've heard that he's been asking mutual friends who I'm out with,does that mean anything?

This is what I knew already :( I’m the one that’s shattered because he left and I didn’t understand why. Now that I do I wish I understood before he detached I would have handled so much differently and worked on my anxious attachment differently. He’s the only man I have ever wanted to marry and I’m fighting for my life everyday because I feel like I failed
