Turning JOLLY RANCHERS into GUMMY BEARS?! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • 12 Jolly Ranchers • 1½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin • 2 tablespoons cold water • ½ teaspoon corn syrup Directions: 1. Lightly grease your gummy bear molds using a paper towel or pastry brush and a few drops of neutral oil. Just enough to coat the surface. Don’t overdo it! 2. In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom. 3. Unwrap and place 12 Jolly Ranchers in a small nonstick pot or heat-safe glass bowl. Melt over low heat, stirring occasionally, or in the microwave on high in 15 second increments, until completely liquid. 4. Remove the melted candy from heat. Immediately stir in the bloomed gelatin and corn syrup. Stir constantly until fully dissolved and smooth. If needed, return to low heat briefly but don’t let it boil. 5. Quickly transfer the liquid to the greased molds using a dropper or spoon. Work fast as it starts to thicken quickly! 6. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. 7. Gently press out the gummies. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week, or in the fridge for a firmer chew.
