Have your partner or someone you trust massage your butt! It sounds silly but there’s a muscle that squeezes the sciatica while pregnant and it also messes with your hips and tailbone. I started pt from how bad my pain was and get weekly butt massages now at PT and they told me to start having my man massage it for me.
