I got caught in abuse I never wanted, but believe me, it’s similar to BDSM, but outside the bedroom. I never wanted BDSM, but I was initiated slowly and before I knew it the psychological torture was directly connected to the pleasure. And this dynamic seems more common than not. Sadists torture women. And the greatest access to women are in romantic partnerships. Movies also fuels the idea this is normal and desired. Twilight, 50 Shades, etc.
