@mal_wfh: I know what happens next. You read this, you nod, you're back on the feed in ten seconds. That's the actual problem, and it's fixable in one sitting. The same 2 apps get all the traffic. LinkedIn. Indeed. Then it's confusing why 600 people beat you to every listing. Here's why. Those apps show every job to everyone, remote or not. You're not competing for a role, you're competing with an entire continent for the same 30 remote listings. These are remote only, so the pool applying is smaller and the odds are actually yours. □ CareerHound (pulls jobs straight from company career pages, real roles before they hit the big boards) □ We Work Remotely □ Remotive □ Remote4me □ Himalayas □ RemoteOK No recruiter sitting between you and the company. You don't need a new skill or a certification to start today. You need 10 applications a day, spread across these instead of one crowded app, RezPass.com doing the tailoring so 10 a day is survivable instead of a second job. Save this one. #wfh #remotejobs #remotework #jobsearch #jobwebsites
