@krugerconstruction: I’ve replaced a lot of the rubber seals for the bottoms of garage doors but never the retainer track • Instead of going back with plastic ones I used aluminum • It was an easy swap and a good tip is to use something like wd40 to get that seal to slide easy, especially if you are doing it by yourself • I’m also going to be adding the bottom seal to the concrete to make sure no water can seep under, but first I need to clean up the concrete @Crescent Tools @makitatools
