have taken care of a friend that got a reduction (and others with augmentations) and I heavily recommend a few good ice packs!!! Have a few on hand so you can switch them out as needed for swelling. Another big one was really good pillows so you can sleep more upright.

Gauze, paper tape, stool softener (pain pill constipation sucks,) bed wedge/pregnancy pillow, Tylenol, antibacterial soap, bed caddy for all your things so you don’t have to get up much the first couple of days, and compression bras!

lots of extra gauze pads and tape, lipo foam is also a lifesaver to put under the bra band.

I had mine a month ago . I have regret it but that’s just me mine look horrible and that’s not everyone cause my daughters look beautiful. But heat pad for your back , ice packs , pregnancy pillow lots of water . And hibiclens soap and comfy pajamas. Good luck.

Just want to say congratulations to you. They removed seven pounds from me. You are going to love your new life. After surgery, rest, rest, rest as much as you can. You have to be still and let your body heal. Best wishes!

Here’s the list they’ve come up with! - Wedge pillow system - Pregnancy pillow - Additional surgical bras (with sandals or zipper instead of hooks) - Large water container with extra long straw - Caddy for meds and snacks - PJ set with button up top - 2 button up PJ dresses, - Colace - MiraLAX - Antihistamine for itching - Dry shampoo - Deodorizing wipes
