The cop has stepped way over the line. He can't do this, he's actually on private property, why is he harassing this guy who is obviously a mechanic on private property? In this case, I would tell the cop if he kept on harassing me, I would file a complaint and if that didn't work, tell leave the property immediately, he is not wanted nor needed.
