I don’t know about your Walgreens but at mine something is weird with the chair part of the carts. My daughter hated them. They are like angled weird.

😭 my daughter has Down syndrome and hates carts too. We finally realized that is was a sensory issue. For the longest time we couldn’t figure out why she just wasn’t happy in the cart. Once we started using her wagon or stroller she was perfectly fine…lol
