Whisk together eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper then dip rice paper. 2. Fill rice paper with 1/4 of the fillings in a thin line vertically then fold over edges over fillings vertically and roll horizontally to form a long tube. Connect the two ends then add bagel seasoning. Repeat with the other 3 rice papers. 3. Spray bagels very lightly with cooking spray (optional) then air fry bagels at 375F for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden. 4.
