The idea that the Albo government is centre right, I think is dangerous misinformation. The LNP would never consider capital gains reform or AI regulation, and we're getting both. Now would I characterise this government as overly cautious yes, appealing to the donor class yes, I would but giving the opposition zero ammo is part of this gives this Government staying power. More people know Pauline than Angus Taylor, and thats Labors success. Its not about governing like the LNP, heck the Liberal party is generally centre right, its about governing to give your opposition zero oxygen.
