![✨CHICKEN RESHA KABAB✨ Eid Special Recipes Follow: @rahicooks INGREDIENTS: (For Chicken Marination) • Boneless Chicken 250g • Chopped Garlic 1 Tsp • Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Tsp • Cumin Powder 1 Tsp • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp • Salt 1 Tsp • Coriander Powder 1 Tsp • Red Chilli Powder ½ Tsp • Lemon Juice 2 Large (For Kabab) • Boiled Potatoes 2-3 • Salt ½ Tsp • Red Chilli Powder ½ Tsp • Green Chillies 1 Tsp • Coriander Leaves 1 Tbsp • Beaten Eggs 1 METHOD: (For Chicken Marination) • In a bowl, add chicken, chopped garlic, gram flour, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, & lemon juice, mix well and marinade for 10-20 minutes. • In a grill pan, add cooking oil and marinated chicken, & cook from both sides.
