Update: sold out ✨ follow for more events 🥰 Okay ladies… it’s time to fall back in love with ourselves 🎀🍂 If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, pouring into everyone else, or like you’ve just been moving through life on autopilot… this morning is for you 💗 I’m inviting you to spend this Saturday morning doing something we don’t do enough of… Choosing ourselves ✨ We’ll move our bodies, slow down, breathe, journal, meditate, connect with other women, eat some yummy food, and finish with a sound bath under the trees. 🌳 No pressure to be anything. No experience needed. Just come exactly as you are. This is what Hello Goddess is all about 💖 Creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, build genuine friendships, and remember who the fuck they are 🦋 And this one is all about falling back in love with YOU. Not a new version of you. Not the version you think you should be. Just you, exactly where you are right now. 🥹💗 🎀 YOUR TICKET INCLUDES: ♡ Mat Pilates ♡ Guided meditation ♡ Journaling ♡ Sound bath ♡ Overnight oats + toppings bar ♡ Chai tea ♡ Journal + pen ♡ Eye mask ♡ Mat provided ♡ A little gift from me — every event I include something special that has been part of my own healing journey 💌 🌸 Women only 📍 Alhambra Park 🗓 Saturday, September 26 | 9–11 AM 💗 $45 Come alone. Bring a friend. Or come ready to meet someone new. The community you’ve been looking for might be waiting here. Your relationship with yourself is the longest one you’ll ever have. Maybe it’s time to fall back in love with her. 🎀 I would love to have you there 🥰🥰🥰🥰 #alhambra #alhambrapilates #pilatesevents #fyp #womensupportingwomen - @hellogoddess_
