Their Bugis and Toa Payoh outlets are often packed with long queues, and they’ve been opening more outlets around Singapore.⁣ ⁣ Here’s what we had:⁣ 🍗 Braised Chicken Claypot ($9.80)⁣ Love this classic but hearty mix of chicken, potatoes, mushrooms and vegetables simmered in a savoury sauce. Plenty of sauce to spoon over the rice, and everything comes together nicely in one claypot.⁣ ⁣ 🍒 Lychee Cherry Meat Claypot ($12.80)⁣ Tender meat in a sweet-savoury sauce with lychee and cherry. The fruity sweetness gives it a slightly different flavour from the usual savoury claypot dishes.⁣ ⁣ 🥓 Streaky Pork & Quail Egg Skewers ($4.80 / 8 sticks, $2.80 / 2 sticks)⁣ We also got a few skewers to share, with the streaky pork nicely charred around the edges and the quail eggs making an easy little add-on.⁣ ⁣ Rice is just $1 and refillable, while the soup is free-flow too.
