You NEED to try this sausage roll recipe! 👇 Ingredients: * 250g lean pork mince * ½  large carrot grated * ½  large zucchini, grated (juices squeezed out) * 1/4 large onion, diced * 1 tsp minced garlic * 2 tbsp Mingle Seasoning Tomato Sauce * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce * salt & pepper  * 2 eggs * 6-8 rice paper sheets * 2 tbsp white sesame seeds Method  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. 2. Thoroughly mix all filling ingredients together and set the mixture aside. 3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water, salt, and pepper. 4. Dip 2 sheets of rice paper into the egg mixture and lay them flat. 5. Add a portion of the pork mince filling, then roll tightly into a sausage roll shape, ensuring the ends are securely tucked in. Repeat this process to make 5 sausage rolls in total. 6. Transfer the rolls to a baking paper-lined baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 7.
