@john.j.lrwin178: This is probably my heaviest this was back May 2024. Not realising how bad and unhealthy I was. It’s really crazy how they can change specially mindset. I don’t regret anything because that would change the 2 am today. So this is a reminder it’s never too late to make changes at the end of that you gotta do what’s best for you you wouldn’t live alone healthy life. Sometimes you have to make some important changes. I don’t wanna judge anyone I don’t want to be judged. I don’t think anyone has the right except for the Guy of above let’s do better. Always think before you say something or write something you never know what someone’s actually going through. I’m about halfway where I wanna be just enjoying the journey .
