the dispensation was given regardless of whether she slept with arthur or not. it wasnt relevant or a hindrance as to her ability to marry henry. so henry using that as his reason was moot from day 1

I mean he was a Teenage Boy who was expected to consummate the marriage and again… a Teenager, and she was deeply religious and lying to the pope about such things was considered highly sinful, and that was a serious fear and crime at that time and she stood by that point her whole life… so I would say it is more likely that Arthur’s comment about “spending the night in the midst of Spain” was a teenager bragging to his friends

Hard to imagine two teenagers married for 6 months wouldn't have been all over one another. They were considered old enough to consummate the marriage so why wouldn’t they have done so?
