Have a balyage or ask your hairdresser about a ‘lived’ in blonde, I think they do like a root smudge or blur or something that makes the grow out less harsh/noticeable 🫶🏼

As a hairdresser myself , I can imagine the maintenance is a pain , the different colours in u hair is good , because it makes it more natural looking , as hair isn’t one block colour x
