the worst sleep paralysis moment I had was when I saw a very detailed figure sliding towards me with long arms and started pressing on my chest. and the only part of my body I could move was my eye lids. and Everytime I blinked, it was on the other side of the room and started the process all over again. it was wearing a fedora with a trenchcoat and its face was pale and gaping wide mouth and eyes with sharp teeth. I genuinely started praying to God in my mind and started crying cause I genuinely thought this thing was gonna kill me. sleep paralysis is absolutely not fun at all. it's the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced. especially when you have a sleep paralysis demon.

I have experienced sleep paralysis and by moving one part of my body is the only way I get out of it it's Hit or Miss. sometimes I don't have it for a while then sometimes I have it back to back
