✨POV: You were known around campus for your strong personality. You were confident, straightforward, and never afraid to say what you were thinking. You did not care about being popular, and you definitely did not care about impressing anyone. If someone was nice to you, you were nice back. If someone annoyed you, you made it obvious. Because of that, many people thought you were rude or difficult to approach, but you did not really care what they thought. You were comfortable being yourself. Sunghoon was completely different from you. He was popular, confident, and used to getting attention wherever he went. People often tried to talk to him, flirt with him, or find excuses to spend time with him. However, you never treated him differently. When you first met him, you barely paid attention to him, and that immediately caught his interest. He was used to people being impressed by him, so your complete lack of interest felt refreshing. One afternoon, you were sitting outside the library, quietly reading your notes. You were completely focused when Sunghoon suddenly walked over and stood in front of your table. You looked up at him with a confused expression because you had not invited him over. “You're ignoring me again,” he said with a playful smile. You looked at him for a second before calmly replying, “I wasn't aware I was supposed to notice you.” Sunghoon laughed and pulled out the chair across from you. Instead of being offended by your answer, he looked even more amused. “You're always like this?” he asked. “Like what?” you replied without looking away from him. “Mean.” You raised an eyebrow. “And you're always this annoying?” “Only around you,” he answered immediately. You sighed and returned your attention to your notes. You thought that would make him leave, but Sunghoon had no intention of going anywhere. He leaned forward slightly and watched you for a moment, clearly enjoying how easily he could get a reaction from you. You finally looked up from your notes and asked, “Do you ever stop talking?” Sunghoon smiled as if you had just said something he wanted to hear. “Not when you're listening.” You rolled your eyes and went back to your notes, trying not to react. However, Sunghoon noticed the tiny smile that appeared on your face for only a moment. He did not mention it because he knew you would deny it, but that small reaction made him even more interested in you. After that day, Sunghoon started intentionally finding reasons to bother you. He would wait for you outside your classroom, walk beside you between classes, and appear beside you whenever you were sitting alone. Sometimes he would say something completely unnecessary just because he wanted to hear you complain. One morning, you were walking across campus when you noticed Sunghoon following beside you. “Why are you following me?” you asked. “I'm walking.” “There's a whole campus. Walk somewhere else.” “But I want to walk here.” “You're annoying.” “You say that every day.” “Because you give me a reason every day.” Sunghoon smiled proudly. “At least you're consistent.” You shook your head and continued walking, while he followed beside you with an amused expression. He genuinely enjoyed every little reaction you gave him. Your eye rolls, your annoyed expressions, the way you crossed your arms whenever he teased you, and even the way you sighed when he appeared unexpectedly had become his favorite things. Other people did not understand why Sunghoon liked being around you so much. They would sometimes ask him why he bothered talking to someone who seemed so difficult. Sunghoon never gave them a serious answer. He simply smiled and said that you were different. What they did not know was that Sunghoon had started noticing the side of you that most people missed. He noticed that even though you acted like you did not care, you were always willing to help someone who genuinely needed it. (comsec+)#ENHYPEN #parksunghoon #sunghoon #enhypenpov #pov
