Toys R Us was good up until the mid-2000s the toy market became narrower and narrower but Toys R Us continued to stay broad gaming was transitioning to more digital purchases but they still had a massive section where they sold physical purchases. electronics were becoming more of a thing but Toys R Us didn't have a significant electronic section so they had everything but also had nothing anybody wanted so while toy sales were going up the toys that were being sold were largely through Amazon and Walmart not Toys R Us because their selection of what was wanted was so little
