Seen this happen in my hometown. Guy got a DUI when he was 17, license revoked. He was clean by his younger 20's. Cops arrested him in his 30's for no license, yet he was the only one that worked, had a house, wife and kids, etc. They kept taking him to jail over it and he kept telling them that he's got bills to pay and mouths to feed. But instead, they just kept arresting him, he'd bond out, get back to work, etc. It was a nonstop cycle and the cops and Judge were just ignorant. He should've filed Harassment charges on them all. Everyone is just out here trying to survive.
