![Hot Honey No-wrap Dumplings🌶️🍯🥟❤️🔥 [~58 cals 7g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 1/3 cup cabbage, finely chopped ✰ 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped ✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast - onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, ground ginger, salt & pepper, 3-4 tbsp soy sauce, 1-2 tbsp hot honey for seasoning ✰ 16 wonton wrappers ✰ 2 tbsp water ✰ optional red chili crunch oil, more hot honey, soy sauce and green onions for topping 1. Pre-heat pan to low-medium. 2. Chop veggies. 3. Season ground chicken, add veggies and mix until well combined. 4. Make 16 balls with the chicken mince, cookie scoop makes this easier and they come out more even. 5. Spray pan with cooking spray and add chicken balls. (You may need to do more than one batch if they don’t fit in pan). If you want add a bit more oil, bottoms will be more crunchy ✨ 6. Place one wonton wrapper over each chicken ball. 7. Pour 2 tbsp of water over wontons then cover and steam for about 8-10 minutes or until internal temp is 165F. 8. Highly recommend thermometer for this recipe because if you over cook them chicken will dry and wonton wrappers will get too soggy. 9.
