When i watched your video i recognized u that once i have taken a motivational class during my tenure period in the school i don’t want to mention the school name but the school leader which we called the principal or the head of school he thinks that the teachers are the slave for them they don’t show any respect to the teachers they thinks like we are at that profession bcz we don’t have anything to eat at home . Unless they torture us by saying our personal things in the meeting same as mentioned by you sir. They will took the interview, examine the teachers and give the job if they found we are suitable for the job and at last they will throw you out like u are nothing for the school and u don’t know anything and don’t have any idea how to teach unless u are the top teacher in your previous school . This is just a torture for the teacher we must stand and all the staff must support them
