@brynn.peptalk2: How long does it ACTUALLY take to start working? 👀🌶️ One of the first things I researched in the Stackr app when I started it was: WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO FEEL THIS?! 😂 Because I really thought it was going to be: 💉 Reta ⏰ wait a few hours ✨ suddenly forget food exists Yeahhhh. Not necessarily. 😂 👉 The first few weeks: Some people notice appetite or food noise changes pretty quickly. Other people? Not much happens yet. 👉 As the weeks go on: This is where looking at the trend matters more than waiting for one dramatic “IT’S WORKING” moment. Portions may change. Food noise may change. And progress can start showing up gradually. 👉 And here’s the part I wish newbie-me understood: It isn’t necessarily a “one shot and you know” situation. It has a long half-life, and the clinical trials used gradual dose escalation over MONTHS. So I stopped judging it by one day—or even one week. Now I use the Stackr app to track my progress, appetite, symptoms and estimated active levels so I can actually see the pattern instead of relying on my extremely unreliable memory. 😂📈 Basically: don’t confuse “I don’t feel something dramatic yet” with “nothing is happening.”
