This is not a physics question, it's a materials science question

Simple science learned also by hypertonic, hypotonic, and isotonic solutions

it's counterintuitive because you think it's a physics question about air pressures and fluid dynamics but it's really a balloon physics problem

I instantly thought about how alveoli lacking surfactant causes atelectasis and with that thought process the answer becomes very clear.

It all rely on elasticity of the balloons.

The more you stretch it the weaker it becomes. Weak means lower pressure.

At perfect conditions they both have the same pressure = atmospheric pressure but due to physics of balloons the bigger one actually has smaller pressure

I only knew what would happen because I thought about how hard it would be to blow up the smaller one.

I got the answer at beginning because I use boy's law which stated that?a basic gas law stating that the pressure of a gas increases as its volume decreases, provided the temperature and the amount of gas stay the same.

I thought this was intuitive, because when you inflate a balloon it's hard to blow in air at the start and gets easier and easier

It is not counter intuitive. It is lack of information, specifically information on the ballon’s polymer’s behaviour.

not counter intuitive at all, the hardest part about blowing up a balloon is the start and it gets easier as it expands, the bigger it gets the more diminished its resistance is

If balloons are made the same actually size, air from bigger balloons will flow to smaller balloon until both have equal amount of air.

Clearly a lot of people haven't blown up a balloon before. it can be harder at first but then it gets easier.
