But ask yourself quietly: Where does my heart believe my safety, relief, and provision truly come from? People can be a means through which Allah sends help, but they are not the source of the help. Their ability is limited, their plans can change, and they cannot control what Allah has written. So make your effort, seek help through the means Allah has provided, but let your deepest hope and reliance remain with Allah. When the heart truly knows that Allah is in control, it stops being enslaved by fear of people and desperation for what they can offer. Trust Allah. Hope in Allah. Ask Allah. ترجمہ: اللہ کسی جان کو اس کی طاقت سے بڑھ کر تکلیف نہیں دیتا۔ جو نیکی وہ کرے گی، اس کا فائدہ اسی کو ہوگا، اور جو برائی وہ کرے گی، اس کا وبال بھی اسی پر ہوگا۔ اے ہمارے رب! اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا ہم سے کوئی خطا ہو جائے تو ہمیں نہ پکڑنا۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈالنا جو تو نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر ڈالا تھا۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جس کی ہمیں طاقت نہیں۔ ہمیں معاف فرما، ہمیں بخش دے، اور ہم پر رحم فرما۔ تو ہی ہمارا مالک ہے، پس کافروں کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔
