I know I'm just a random person, but I'm a foster parent who adopted after years of helping families reunite. So many people run to fostering as a cheap way to adopt and it is so detrimental to all involved. A beautiful direction for this story is they get a call for an older child, maybe even a preteen, and maybe they are the perfect parents to this older child. It's more realistic and it doesnt glorify the "we only want a baby" foster/adopt story which is rare and not the point of foster care. Foster parents with that mindset tend to ignore the trauma training and think babies have none. Just my two cents. I love your content!
