also when jesus on the Cross cries out, "my god, my god. why have you forsaken me?" hes quoting scripture to the other jews to read psalm 22 where David wrote about what jesus would go through. when jesus died, just before he does he said "he has done it". which is the end verse of psalm 22 which finishes out the prophesy that all the world would be able to have salvation through jesus, not only the jews as it was in the old testament.
