My husband was an inmate of two of these and the conditions these men and women live in is very sad. Even criminals have human rights. I hope they are able to get the ac units asap. 🙏🏽

have qualified prisoners learn, build, maintain the hvac system or solar. virtually free labor, prisoners learn a skill before returning to the community.
