Put 1/2 cup of listerine (mouthwash) in a spray bottle, spray it in your hair, tie in a bun cover with a shower cap for 20 mins, rinse with water, those little critters fall right out dead, eggs n all

When my kids were young and went to school, head lice came around all the time I used dog shampoo and at work amazing leave it on for like 5 to 10 minutes. Eggs and headlights are gone.
