I have chronic pain and my dr just told me to stop the heating pad. I used it 5 hrs a day but it causes way more inflammation and way more pain. My baseline is now 3/10 pain instead of 7/10 pain

WHY has this never occurred to me? 🤦♀️I use a heating pad daily! Literally sleep with it. My labs recently showed high levels of microplastics. Ugh.

I know this is an absolutely bonkers recommendation, but my mother has horrific back pain for probably the last 20 years and recently she got one of those little home saunas off of Amazon and put it in her basement and she said that of all the things she’s tried, it has made the biggest difference in her pain

Very cool I’m glad more swaps are coming out, however in this case I think they’re using “organic” as a buzz-word especially if the tag only says 100% cotton. It should preferably be GOTS certified if it’s actually organic cotton, but 100% cotton is still better than plastic!
