I think the fact that teachers are not allowed to lay hands at all makes it harder. How do you “intimidate” a student when you can basically just talk to them. Our school is almost all women teachers. I would have a hard time

A few of my sons teachers have told them not to pursue being a teacher here in Illinois because our cost of living is too high. They say they work a couple of jobs.

Correct, however, I feel it's much harder for a man to be a teacher with the way we are allowing our young girls to act and dress. I know, I'm speaking of the older girls but just saying...it doesn't seem like a safe choice sadly😔

I wonder how much things in the school system would change if there was more of a male presence. I have noticed the kids getting more aggressive and disrespectful. To everyone including teachers. Anything would be worth a try.
