Worth considering a Vanguard target-date fund too. You get diversification across US and intl stocks/bonds, auto rebalancing, and an allocation that gets more conservative as you approach retirement. Vanguard's 2065 fund has an expense ratio of just 0.08% versus VUG's 0.03% (so $5 per 10k) VUG has had impressive returns, but it's concentrated in large-cap U.S. growth stocks. Imo for a retirement account, I'd consider diversification and how much risk you're taking over the long term, rather than returns alone.
