Jesus do people in government or even the people working on Ai know that we haven't even cross the bridge from generalize Ai to true Ai. Generalize Ai is what we have now , the chatgpt, grok, and alexa etc. They're advance pattern recognition learning modules which is only program to answer human inquiries using the internet. True Ai is your Ultron, Terminators, Matrix, and Viki. Whats the technical difference is that we don't know how to write /code/ program sentience. We don't even know how it even works organically from the smallest Planck Mass to a full blown living organisms. We are far from true Ai, however seeing the pandemonium and downward spiral of humanity we don't necessarily need to reach that point for machines that we make to end us all.

if we use AI for good we could absolutely have jobs for everyone! my basic AI tells me how to live a better healthier life every day. Im sure if we WORKED TOGETHER we could make life enjoyable:)
