Bolitas de plátano maduro rellenas Lo mejor de esta receta es que puedes usar cualquier relleno que más te guste: pollo, queso, jamón y queso, carne molida, vegetales, etc. Ingredientes * 3 plátanos maduros * 1 cucharada de queso crema o mantequilla * 3 cucharadas de harina de avena * 100 g de queso rallado * Relleno de tu preferencia. En mi caso, pollo Instrucciones 1. Pela los plátanos y ponlos a hervir en agua con sal. 2. Cuando estén bien blanditos, retíralos del agua y májalos hasta obtener un puré. 3. Agrega 1 cucharada de queso crema o mantequilla, 3 cucharadas de harina de avena y 100 g de queso rallado. 4. Amasa bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes y obtener una masa uniforme. 5. Lleva la masa a refrigerar durante 5 a 10 minutos, para que se vuelva más moldeable. 6. Dale forma a la masa y coloca en el centro el relleno de tu preferencia. En mi caso, utilicé pollo. 7. Cierra bien y forma las bolas. 8. Lleva las bolas a la freidora de aire a 210 °C durante 20 minutos. 9.
