Nurse here… there is such thing as copper poisoning. Yes it’s great to get the benefits of the copper, but too much of it is where the problem comes in.

Can give you copper poisoning if it sits too long. I have a copper water bottle. I was getting extreme migraines and couldn’t figure out what the heck it was until I saw a video about copper water bottles. They are beneficial but only so long as the water is not sitting in it for too long.

Careful… the longer the water is in the copper the more copper gets in the water. I used a copper water bottle and got poisoned.
