I have Verizon to just power off for 30 secs or 1 minute for your router. to reset and does update.

I've had Verizon for over 20 years, and not only have they always been the most expensive, but their service has been shit for the last 6 years, like really bad. They claim to have more coverage than any other provider, but as a traveler, it's just not true. I don't even get service in many areas where I used to. I'm thinking of making the switch.
