Outriggers look well dodgy ! Rafter should be birds mouthed over beam/lintel . Design issue imo

I mean yeah it works but that whole layout is just strange. I get why you’ve done it. So that that you don’t have that steel on the underside showing. I think you’ve done the best of a really bad design. I think the rafter feet may sag over time
