Inspired by her Israeli heritage and passion for baking, Or created a café that combined Mediterranean flavors with European-style pastries and breads. Over the years, Tatte expanded throughout Boston and later into Washington, D.C., and New York City, becoming known for its distinctive food, elegant design, and welcoming atmosphere.
