@momwithmaci: It’s so reassuring being able to check on the babies weekly but it’s crazy how much more “high maintenance” a twin pregnancy is compared to a singleton! #twinpregnancy #thirdtrimester #pregnantwithtwins #pregnancyjourney #pregnancyvlog

My NSTs started at 33 weeks and my twins hated them so much. They'd kick the monitors off non-stop. I'm pretty sure that's why the decided to come at 35 weeks, they were done with twice a week monitors 😂

Lost one of my mono/di twins at 23 weeks, thankful for the monitoring because it saved my other twin but definitely have a different feeling towards it. People think they wish they could do this too but I. Reality for me the appointments were so stress inducing and I always wondering if this was the appointment things would change and one day it was.

I wish my Obgyn had a comfortable seat for my NST. They have like an old school bench thing, that is so uncomfortable.

My first NST has been scheduled for 36 weeks! I have di/di twins. Is that normal? Should I be getting them sooner? I’m concerned now reading all of the comments.

When I had to be admitted to keep an eye on babies they had to do this every 4 hours, and my twins kept moving and they kept loosing their heart beats, so they 20 mins had to restart, I sat there for nearly 2 hours in one session. 😭

The United States has the largest economy in the world, producing roughly $30 trillion in goods and services annually. Its largest industry grouping is finance, insurance, and real estate, which generates approximately $6.6 trillion in value added each year. This sector includes banks, investment firms, insurance companies, mortgage providers, property management, real estate services, and the economic value generated by housing. Its enormous size reflects the importance of both financial markets and real estate to the American economy. Professional and business services are the second-largest grouping, producing approximately $4.0 trillion annually. This category includes consulting, accounting, legal services, engineering, scientific research, technology services, advertising, and corporate management. Government is the third-largest contributor, generating roughly $3.5 trillion in measured economic value across federal, state, and local governments. Government value added primarily reflects the services produced by public employees and government institutions rather than government spending as a whole. Manufacturing ranks fourth, contributing approximately $3.0 trillion annually to U.S. GDP. American manufacturing includes industries such as automobiles, aerospace, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, machinery, semiconductors, food products, and other manufactured goods. Despite the long-term shift toward services, the United States remains one of the world’s largest manufacturing economies. Education, health care, and social assistance form the fifth-largest grouping, generating roughly $2.7 trillion in annual value added. This sector includes hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, schools, universities, childcare, and numerous other health and social services. Together, these five broad sectors account for approximately $19.8 trillion in economic output. Their scale demonstrates how the modern U.S. economy is dominated by finance, real estate, professional services, government, and health-related services while maintaining an enormous industrial manufacturing base. #fyp #trending #edit #finance #usgdp
