my family and I used to go there every 4th of July for 2 weeks in the 70s and the '80s for like 10-15 years straight my birthday is July 5th yes every year we celebrated there except for when I turned 16 I went to New Braunfels with my friends LOL but I do miss going to Garner it was nice I mean we would have like 30 people I come from a big family not So Much Anymore a lot of them are gone but I mean I'm talking grandparents and uncles cousins friends we did have a blast it was a standing reservation for every year I mean we would at least 15 to 30 people and probably more I hope it's just the same or even better I remember when they had the horses and then they stopped having the horses I don't know if they have the horses anymore but maybe a night me and my cousins and some of my sister and brother-in-law and all that we were sneak across the the damn after 10:00 to party and always went to Mexico got alcohol and brought it back of course we had had it for my grandparents you know
