Единственное исключение: если по всему дому теплый пол. И то есть риски того, что кварц-винил будет расходиться из-за перепада температур. Лучше взять термоустойчевый паркет (если бюджет позволяет) Время показало, что 90% владельцев квартир с кварц-винилом не довольны своими полами. 1) Он холодный, твердый и не уютный. При ходьбе ощущение бетона под ногами, а не дерева. 2) Имитация дерева зачастую хуже чем у ламината. Толщина текстуры не позволяет имитировать дерево достойно. Только у самых дорогих коллекций. 3) Он тоже скрепит и рассыхается. Особенно замкового типа. Клеевой так не страдает. 4) Царапается еще быстрее ламината Поэтому я применяю кварц-винил в своих проектах только в крайних случаях. Но всегда постараюсь клиента от него отговорить. Рассказать о лучшем выборе напольного покрытия?
