I woke up one night to my van getting rocked around a bit. Panicked and was prepping to leave, and when I turned on the headlights it was...cows. Black cows had surrounded my van and were rubbing up against it and were now very annoyed at the bright headlights I was shining on them 😅 Hopefully yours was just a curious critter. Glad it didn't get in!

When I lived in my van, I had a command hook for hanging my keys. So i could always find them if i needed to escape quick. Maybe you should consider doing that as well. x

I was just in Lake Tahoe and told not to even leave crumbs of food in the car because bears can smell it. Sure enough, the motion detector camera on the house caught a bear sniffing around the car! Glad you’re ok!!

I feel like some cameras would be a good idea especially after hearing your other story where it was a bear and maybe an AirTag on your keys so it could play a noise when you need to find it

if you put some motion sensor lights around your van for at night. at least then if something/someone comes up the initial light should scare them a little and give you quick chance to see what it was.

hey, ive never seen a cat alert me of a person but there was a snake in my front yard and my cat sense it literally going along the edge of my house. if I didnt check my uncle would have been bite by a rattler.
