@thebeardedplantaholic: My brain has ruined entire fucking Tuesdays over events that never actually happened. One weird message. One different tone. One “can we talk later?” And suddenly I’ve written, directed and starred in a complete psychological thriller where everybody hates me and I’m living alone in a Travelodge. 😂 But this genuinely got me: How many bad days have we had because of things that never happened? We rehearse the pain. We practise the argument. We worry about the outcome. Then sometimes… none of it fucking happens. So if life wants to kick me in the bollocks, fine. I’ll deal with the bollock-kicking when it arrives. Until then? I’m not suffering twice. Send this to someone whose brain also has a completely unnecessary writers’ room.
