I think it’s great for them to move around and it’s good work out for them. My parents are getting older and I want to do everything for them but I also want them to do things for theirselves and move around, just bc you’re old, don’t mean you have to bed rest all day which is very unhealthy mentally/physically

I dunno man, its pretty rough out here. my dad, whom retired has just started to donate plasma and will be applying for a part time job tomorrow. for rhe last couple weeks hes also been selling stuff on FB marketplace.

I know somebody who's 70 still working because they can't afford their property taxes. people living on a fixed income or on disability or single moms are not making it right now. not to mention teenagers who are just starting out!!!
