from what i understand, a PETE of an instrument includes the holder of the instrument, even if that holder is not the true financial owner and is simply a servicer, 🤷♂️i could be wrong though🤷

Going through the same shit! I had multiple services starting with freedom mortgage, cellar mortgage Amerihome mortgage service Mac and back to Amerihome and the judge said ooh and Fanni Mac and none of the date match the timeline and the judge that I had only legal basis!!!! These mother f-er are dealing these properties to friend and I’m going the find out and no custody that I asked for was given!!!! I’m out of my home Friday but this ain’t over!!!!!!!
